Building Steps-

1-Order brackets package from us.

      The brackets are custom cut on a plasma table, welded by experts, and powder coated with a beautiful      black finish.  The brackets are essential for the ropes course. Call or text 801-830-2480.

2-Order a hardware and bolts.

        I have Amazon links under the bolts and hardware tab on the website. There is a chart that will tell you how many 2 7/8 inch, 6 inch and 10 inch structural screws you will need for a 6 pergola system and a 9 pergola system.  The forged eye bolts and eye lags are very difficult to find.  I buy them in bulk and can ship those to you.  I will need to know what obstacles you are going to use, so I can customize your order.

        If you are going to have me build the ropes course I have a hardware package that you can purchase        through me.  It will have all the hardware and bolts I will need to build your low ropes course.

3-Order ropes obstacles from Farmtasticfun.com

        Jenifer and Brett are the best in the business!  All obstacles from farmtasticfun.com will fit between the pergolas.  So you can pick whatever obstacles you would like.  For a 6 pergola system you will need 7 obstacles.  For a 9 pergola system you will need  12 obstacles.

4-Order lumber from a local wood supplier.

        Under the lumber tab I have a lumber list for a 6 pergola and a 9 pergola system.  If you would like me to      build your ropes course I will include a lumber estimate.  I build a lot of the structures at my farm and bring          it to you. I finish building the structure on site at your farm.

5-Order blue prints to assist with the build.

        You can order blue prints from me to help with the installation.  If you buy brackets from me I will give you the blue prints to build your own low ropes course.  If you just need the building blue prints with no brackets I sell them for $500 per set.  Each blue print is a 2 ft x 3 ft sheet (just like house building plans) I have the blue prints for the pergolas and these obstacles-Rope Tunnels, Disc Climbers, Clamboring Loop, Challenger V Bridge, Web Net Bridge, Wobble Disc Bridge, Single Rope Ladder, Tarzan Climb, Catwalk, Rock Wall w/Tube, Vario Spider Web Net, Vertical Net,  and the Camel V  Bridge.

6-Ground preparation and wood chips.

         For a 6 pergola system you will need a flat area with good drainage that is 48 ft x 72 ft.  For the 9 pergola       system you will need a 72 ft x 72 ft space.  Most people put 4-6 inches of gravel then build the ropes course         on top of that.  After the ropes course is built you will need 6in-8in of playground chips.
